Quick troubleshooting
- Update to the latest app version from the App Store or Play Store.
- Force-quit and reopen the app.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Check provider API limits if you're using BYOK.
Manage subscription
- iOS: Manage on Apple
- Android: Manage on Google Play
For billing questions, include your App Store/Play Store receipt.
How to cancel
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Symposium AI → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid charges.
